How it all started...
The idea for Azura Cosmetic came to me after a frustrating experience while searching for a skincare product online. After scrolling for hours, I ordered a product that, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations. The packaging was poor, and after using it for a few days, I found it to be ineffective and even damaging to my skin. A dermatologist friend of mine revealed that I had received a duplicate product instead of the original. Despite my efforts to contact customer support, I received no help. This experience inspired me to create Azura Cosmetic, a solution to the problem many women face.
